At the direction of Donald Robertson, President of the Plato’s Academy Centre, I am sending notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Partners. Anya and Tom are invited to attend as guests; formal decisions will be made by the partners.

Agenda

1. Confirmation of partner attendance and quorum; appointment of a minute taker.
2. Review of PAC’s activities and outstanding annual activity reports for 2024 and 2025.
3. Review of the 2024 and 2025 annual financial accounts and any outstanding work needed to complete or approve them.
4. Review of Board membership and election of the President, General Secretary, Board Member and Alternate Member.
5. Discussion and decisions on PAC’s operating programme, responsibilities and future direction.
6. Planning for upcoming educational events, including potential in-person activities in Greece.
7. Review of banking administration and any necessary authorizations.
8. Consideration of the budget and activities for the coming year.
